Begaiym Myrzabekova took part in the K-POP festival organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kyrgyzstan. By taking third place at the event, she became the first representative of Kyrgyzstan on the international stage in the field of K-POP.
Results and scale of the festival
A large number of teams took part in the qualifying stages of the Changwon K-POP World Festival 2026. According to sources, 140 teams representing 51 countries performed in the qualifying rounds.
Participants in the qualifying rounds
Performers from several countries competed for the victory in the final stage, including Peru, France, Ethiopia, Ukraine, Tanzania and Kyrgyzstan. The Grand Prix went to a team from Peru.
Significance of the achievement
Begaiym Myrzabekova's participation allowed Kyrgyzstan to present itself at the international level within the K-POP field.
