Zukhra Shidakova, a 72-year-old public figure, heads the Coordination Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Kyrgyzstan. She also serves as president of the Atа-Dzhurt International Association of Karachays and is deputy chair of the council of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan.
