Construction work is under way in the Issyk-Kul region as part of SFIT "Tamchi." The information was presented by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers during a working trip by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Development directions and the project's legal regime
The project provides for the phased construction of various infrastructure facilities, including modern office centers, residential complexes, and business and tourism facilities. In addition, work is under way to create housing for future residents and to develop a resort and recreation zone.
Key features of SFIT "Tamchi"
SFIT "Tamchi" is being created to attract international capital and stimulate the development of financial services, financial technology, the IT industry, logistics and tourism. Particular attention is being paid to a special legal, tax and currency regime for participants in the territory. Among the key elements is the creation of an international dispute resolution center that will operate on the principles of English law.

Following the visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev gave responsible officials instructions on the further implementation of the project. At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers' statement did not specify how much funding has already been invested in the construction, which companies are participating in the project, or when the main facilities are expected to be completed.
