On the territory located opposite the Issyk-Kul international airport, active construction of hotel complexes is underway. Future five-star hotels are being built on the site, which are to become a key part of the new tourism zone on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul.

Current stage of construction and scale of the projects

The facilities observed on site have already reached the stage of erecting multi-story buildings. On one of the buildings, a reinforced concrete frame has been formed, which according to preliminary data is about eight stories high, with wall infill partially completed and construction fencing installed. Tower cranes are operating nearby.

On the adjacent plot, installation of metal structures continues. The territory of this complex is enclosed by a construction fence bearing the Avangard and Tamchy Resort branding.
