The event, titled "No Way for Crime, a Safe Society is Our Goal," brought together representatives of the mayor's office, heads of educational institutions, parents, and students. The main objective of the meetings was the prevention of negative phenomena in the youth environment through the artistic embodiment of relevant social issues.
Performance themes and participating schools
During the program, students from various schools prepared plots demonstrating the consequences of offenses and social risks. Among the presented works:
- Toktogul Secondary School No. 1 — "The Consequences of Easy Money"
- Ch. Tuloberdiev Innovative Secondary School No. 2 — "The Fate of a Daughter Left Unattended by a Migrant Mother"
- Frunze Secondary School No. 3 — "One Step — One Fate"
- Shopokov Secondary School No. 4 — "Crime — A Boomerang Returning to Society"
- Khuriev Secondary School No. 5 — "One Step — A Whole Life"
- Turaaly Temirov Secondary School No. 6 — "Choose the Right Path"
- Vocational Lyceum No. 89 — "We Are Against Crime"
Spectators noted the high educational value of the performances. According to organizers, some productions evoked strong emotional reactions from those present.

The event was attended by City Prosecutor Ilyichbek Ismambetov, Head of the City Department of Internal Affairs Lieutenant Colonel Nurbek Tolonov, and Head of the Education Department Gulnazira Kyrgyzbay kyzy.
