During the meeting held on November 6, 2026, participants discussed an incident that occurred at Kindergarten No. 68. Chynara Zhanykeeva, Deputy Head of the Pervomaisky Akimat, noted that kindergarten heads and teachers bear direct responsibility for the safety of students. They were instructed that leaving children unsupervised is unacceptable and emphasized the need for constant monitoring of their interactions to prevent conflicts and cases of violence.
Following the discussion, heads of preschool institutions were instructed to strengthen internal controls and establish closer cooperation with parents. Attention was also focused on preparations for New Year holidays, compliance with sanitary norms, and fire safety requirements.
