As part of his working trip to Talas region, President Sadyr Japarov heard reports from local authorities on the region's development over the past five years. Particular attention was paid to social infrastructure and the overall condition of the city of Talas.

According to data announced during the visit, over the past period 45 facilities were built in Talas district, including schools, kindergartens and medical institutions. In addition, in five years the budget of the city of Talas increased more than fourfold, and the cost of major projects implemented reached 11.8 billion som.

During the meeting with Talas residents, issues concerning public amenities and improved living conditions were raised. Among them were the need for gasification, the construction of new parks, and the issue of renaming the village of Tash-Aryk.
