According to the investigation, the suspect met with a local resident and offered her a service to exchange her BYD E2 2021 model car for a newer BYD Yuan Plus 2022 model. The man allegedly promised to deliver and transfer the updated electric car within 23 days.
Trusting the man, the victim handed over her car along with an additional payment of 700 thousand soms. However, the man failed to meet his obligations within the set timeframe, repeatedly postponing the exchange under various pretexts. Subsequently, he stopped communicating and fled.
