The city resident who contacted the call center pointed to a number of infrastructure problems in the area of the public transport stop at the intersection of Lenskaya and Fuchik streets. In particular, she noted that the stop itself
is located above sidewalk level, forcing people to climb stairs. Moreover, the stairs on both sides of the stop are covered with stones and dirt.
Accessibility and cleanliness problems
According to the complainant, this layout creates serious inconvenience for people with limited mobility, including the elderly and mothers with young children. In addition, although the benches look decent, they are so dirty that it is impossible to sit on them.
