Construction Minister Nurdan Oruntaev visited residential complexes whose construction has dragged on for many years and discussed ways to complete them with apartment owners. According to sources, these are a 360-apartment complex on Moldokulov Street and the Solnechny complex.
Plans to complete construction and attract investors
Minister Oruntaev said the ministry is ready to attract investors to finish construction of the properties that have not been commissioned. At the same time, he said, the state does not intend to profit from this demivlaga. The main goal is to resolve citizens' problem and complete the housing construction.
Terms and timeline for implementation
During the meetings, the minister proposed that owners place the property under the ministry's supervision. If the owners agree, according to Oruntaev, the issue of transferring the company to the state could be resolved within two months. The housing construction itself is planned to be fully completed within five months.
- If the property is placed under the ministry's stewardship, additional costs to be paid by the owners will be determined.
- Citizens will be able to repay these funds within one year.
