The Children's Art School in the Panfilovsky district of the Chuy region continues to provide musical education to the younger generation and nurture talented students, according to Vladimir Gutsalov, the school's director. Gutsalov shared these details with the 'Kabar' agency during an awards ceremony for cultural workers.
School Achievements and Development Needs
The school has received support in recent years, including 600 thousand soms allocated last year, which was used to purchase musical instruments. Furthermore, necessary equipment for the amateur ensemble was recently provided.
Despite these advancements, the director noted the necessity of expanding the school's building and updating its material and technical base, as some of the musical instruments currently in use are outdated.
Student Success and Staff Recognition
Gutsalov stated that the school's efforts are reflected in the achievements of its students, some of whom are currently studying in major cities such as Almaty, Moscow, Krasnodar, and St. Petersburg.
Additionally, Gutsalov expressed gratitude for the salary increases for teachers in recent years and voiced a hope that attention will continue to be paid to improving the conditions in cultural education institutions.
