Since 2014, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has invested 34 billion som in the development of the country's gas transmission infrastructure. In addition, the company has fully repaid the debt of Kyrgyzgaz OJSC amounting to 65 million dollars.
Scope of Work and Connection of Citizens
Under the investment program implemented since 2014, the following results were achieved: 54 settlements were gasified and 1,500 kilometers of gas distribution networks were laid. As a result of this work, about 300,000 citizens were connected to gas supply, and the company's total number of subscribers grew to 450,000.
Growth in Gasification Level and Tax Payments
Thanks to these measures, the country's gasification level increased from 22 to 45 percent. In addition to infrastructure investments, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan has also transferred more than 3.5 billion som in tax payments to the state budget since 2014.
