According to a statement by the head of the agency, Nurdan Oruntaev, when designing residential properties in Kyrgyzstan, the number of parking spaces must strictly match the number of apartments.
Requirements for Parking Spaces in New Buildings
The ministry requires that when project documentation is reviewed, not only spaces for residents but also additional areas be taken into account. In particular, guest parking must be provided, as well as spaces for visitors to shops and other commercial properties.

The minister stressed that the agency verifies compliance with established standards during the review of project documentation. If the required number of parking spaces is not provided, a construction permit will not be issued.
