Emilbek Orozbaеv, director of the state institution Green Energy Fund, said that the Jyrgalan small hydropower plant will be one of the first projects supported by the fund. According to him, the construction of such facilities — small hydropower plants, as well as solar and wind power stations — is currently a priority area in the country.
