Maksat Tolobaev, who traveled to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to earn money, was in intensive care at the regional hospital. According to his sister Altynai Tolobaeva, he stopped communicating with his family in mid-July, after which he was found in a coma after a head injury.
Circumstances of the incident and the family's reaction
According to his sister, at the company where Maksat worked, a foreman allegedly found him unconscious in the security guard's booth. Police said an accident had occurred. The relatives sought help from the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia, as well as from company representatives and the police.
Need for medical care
The family is currently looking for ways to transport Maksat to Bishkek for treatment. Altynai Tolobaeva said her brother had gone to the region to earn money for the family, since his wife died of cancer ten years ago and he is raising three children together with his parents.
