Following the spread on social media of a video showing a young woman and a young man kissing in an office in the administrative building, the press service of the Manas city hall provided explanations. The video appeared online on November 5, the day the city of Manas celebrated its 149th anniversary.
Who is shown in the video and what is the status of the premises
According to information received from the municipality, the citizens shown in the clip are not staff members of the Manas city hall, nor are they representatives of the office of the presidential envoy in Jalal-Abad region or of other state and municipal institutions and enterprises.
As the city hall's press service specified, the people shown in the video are IT specialists. They were temporarily given an office for the purpose of developing website programs.
