On the night of November 1, a mass brawl occurred in Bishkek at the Sky Baku café, located on the fifth floor of the Eurasia shopping center. A report of the incident was received by the 102 service.
Circumstances of the incident and response measures
According to the press service of the capital's Main Directorate of Internal Affairs, police officers arrived at the scene to clarify the circumstances. It was established that a conflict arose among café visitors and escalated into a fight.
All participants in the incident were identified and taken to the district department of internal affairs. Protocols were drawn up against the citizens for the offense under Article 126 of the Kyrgyz Code of Offenses, concerning "Petty Hooliganism."
