The victim told 24.kg that the incident occurred on October 29 at about 10:09. According to her, when she drove out of the Bilimkana territory with her daughter, a man pulled up to their car and took out a rifle.
Circumstances of the incident and actions of law enforcement
During the incident, the man in the car began banging on the woman's car window with the rifle and pointing the barrel in her direction while shouting loudly. According to the victim, nothing preceded the conflict.
The woman managed to film what was happening and contacted the 102 service, filing a statement. The victim expressed concern for the safety of other women, noting: "I feared for my daughter's safety. Today this happened to me, tomorrow any other woman could be in my place."
Results of the investigation
The Leninsky district police department told 24.kg that the report was registered in the information records log. During the investigation, police officers identified citizen S.B., born in 1989. The weapon was seized from him, and examinations have been ordered in the case. Further checks are currently underway.
Based on the results of the check and after receiving the expert conclusions, a decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
