The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of Kyrgyzstan has decided to recognize the licenses of the Chinese company Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology JSC for construction and installation work on the territory of Kyrgyzstan unilaterally.
Changes in the register of foreign builders
This decision is set out in the relevant Order No. 135-npa, which was signed on October 16, 2026. Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology is registered in Shandong province, Qingdao city, Laoshan district, and the list specifies its type of activity as construction and installation work.
Following the amendments, Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology holds the 48th place in the list of foreign licensees whose licenses are recognized in Kyrgyzstan. The list also notes that one of the previous entries — No. 38 — had earlier lost force.
It is important to note that the order takes effect seven days after its official publication.
