The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan has approved a new list of documents subject to mandatory uploading to the Unified Register. These changes affect the procedure for registering declarations of conformity and issued certificates of conformity for various types of products.
Documentation requirements for registration in the register
The new requirements establish specific document packages depending on whether a declaration is being registered for serially produced products, for a consignment of goods, or whether a certificate of conformity is being issued.
Documents for a declaration of conformity
- For serially produced products, technical documentation, a list of applicable standards, information about the applicant, as well as identification and sampling reports, test reports and an application for registration of the declaration must be uploaded.
- For a consignment of products, a copy of the contract or supply agreement, shipping documents, a list of standards, information about the applicant, documents on sample selection and logistics, test reports and an application for registration of the declaration are required.
Requirements for a certificate of conformity
- To issue a certificate of conformity, an application for certification, a decision on the application, identification and sampling reports, logistics documents, test reports, as well as, where necessary, an act analyzing the state of production and other documents depending on the certification scheme must be uploaded to the Unified Register.
According to the ministry's Order No. 2 of October 12, 2026, these changes will enter into force seven days after the day of official publication.
