As part of the bypass road construction project in Osh, a cooperation memorandum has been signed between the Osh city mayor's office, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and the Avtoban company.
What will change for residents and transport
According to the mayor's office, the new road is expected to affect the transport situation in the city. The new route is planned to reduce the flow of traffic on the central streets and cut congestion, as well as improve road safety.
