The issue was raised during the head of state's meeting with residents of Tokmok, Chui, and Kemin regions. The man, who worked for the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 2009 to 2026, stated his disagreement with the charges brought against him.
Nature of the accusation and forensic results
According to the applicant, the prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case regarding forgery: he is accused of drafting a protocol in the name of a person who had already passed away. During the judicial process, the Pervomaysky District Court ordered a handwriting forensic examination to establish the authorship of the document.
Forensic results
A third forensic examination failed to provide a definitive answer, using the term "possible," which, according to the man, does not confirm his guilt. After hearing the appeal, Sadyr Japarov expressed doubt regarding the reliability of the accusation.
"Prosecutor's office, take this under control. If it is indeed not his handwriting, samples can be compared to establish this. Come here, provide the necessary data and handwriting forensic reports, as well as samples of his handwriting. Send an electronic version to us as well, we will also compare it."
