The issue of document forgery was discussed during the president's meeting with the public. One resident appealed to the head of state for help, explaining how he lost his real estate. According to him, on September 28, prosecution representatives demanded he voluntarily surrender the house, and he complied with the demand within two hours without explanation.
Story of housing loss and investigation progress
The man reported that he had been building the house for 10 years, working in Russia and tending livestock in the village. He held a "red book" for the property, and the existence of a court decision convinced him of the legality of all procedures.
The court chairman explained that the dispute is based on a 2004 decision, which is presumed to be forged. However, the document was only registered in 2020.
The First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs confirmed that the district internal affairs department has already opened a criminal case. Expert examinations are currently being conducted to identify the individuals who produced the fake document.
"Whoever did this, show no mercy, imprison them all. This will serve as a lesson to others."
Context
