Egor Borisov, Director of the Bishkek Emergency Medicine Center, has received the winner's diploma of the international CIS Healthcare Leader 2026 competition. The award was granted for his contribution to the digitalization of national healthcare systems in CIS countries.
Success in the digital transformation of emergency care
The victory was won with the project "Digital Transformation of Emergency Medical Care: Automated Management System of the Bishkek Emergency Medicine Center." The project was assessed by an international expert commission on the criteria of effectiveness, practical results and potential for implementation in other countries.

About the competition
