The Bishkek Mayor's Office has clarified potential causes for uneven heating in certain residential buildings. Specifically, in buildings of series 104, 105, and 106, which utilize a single-pipe heating system, it is possible for one radiator to be hot while another is cold or insufficiently warm.
Causes and Standards for Heating Systems
The municipality noted that the temperature variation can be attributed to several factors, including trapped air within the system, closed valves, pipe blockages, or improper connection schemes. The Mayor's Office emphasized that while the temperature of radiators connected to the same riser can vary in a single-pipe system, the air temperature inside the living space must not fall below +18°C.

Residents experiencing cold rooms or temperatures below the established norm are advised to contact the relevant maintenance organization for a system check.
