Under an order from Mayor Ularbek Ismailov, heating supply to all facilities in Manas is permitted from November 4 as part of the autumn-winter period of 2026–2027.
Organization of heat supply and provision of facilities
The municipal enterprise Jyluuluk has been instructed to organize heat supply through boiler houses. This concerns not only multi-apartment residential buildings but also social facilities such as schools and kindergartens.
- Provision of gas, electricity and water to the relevant institutions
- Consideration of the issue of temporarily suspending heat supply in the event of a sharp rise in air temperature
