Sadyr Japarov announced that free lawyers have begun working across the country. He said so at a meeting with residents of Talas region, where he stressed that the state would pay the salaries of these specialists.
Help in resolving disputes and land issues
According to the president, lawyers are meant to help citizens with various issues. Particular attention is given to land disputes, for example when two "red books" are issued for a single plot of land.
- Many citizens do not have the means to hire a lawyer.
- Lawyers will appear in regional centers and will provide assistance free of charge.
