During the conflict, the convicted man pulled out a knife and struck the victim in the chest area, also causing him other bodily injuries.

In court, K.T. pleaded guilty, explaining what happened as an accident while intoxicated. According to him, they met around 22:00–23:00. The victim invited him to his home, and after a visit to a store where alcohol and a soft drink were bought, an argument began between them that escalated into an arm-wrestling match.
