During a recent meeting with residents of the Alamudun district, the issue of constructing multi-apartment residential buildings in Baitik village was raised. A local resident, Malik Niyazaliyev, reported that there are 26 hectares of transformed land in the village, with a quota allocated for 1,500 people.

Recommendations for further action and official concerns

During the discussion, President Sadyr Japarov expressed concern that the investor might appropriate the land and mislead the residents. Therefore, the president recommended that the residents apply to the State Mortgage Company to provide all necessary information. According to the president, it is necessary for the state to take control of this issue and carry out the construction independently.
