President Sadyr Japarov has instructed state bodies to resolve accumulated issues related to the illegal acquisition and registration of land plots within two years.

During a working visit to the Chui region, the head of state met with residents of the city of Kant and the Issyk-Ata district. During the open dialogue, citizens raised a wide range of issues: from the development of social infrastructure and the construction of sports facilities to housing security issues within the framework of the state mortgage program.

The problem of illegal land registration

Land and property disputes became one of the most acute topics. According to President Sadyr Japarov, the vast majority of citizen appeals are related to fraud during the purchase of plots using forged documents.

To rectify the situation, Sadyr Japarov instructed the Presidential Administration, together with relevant agencies, to carry out comprehensive work. The goal is to completely eliminate legal and property conflicts arising from the illegal registration and acquisition of land within two years.
