Previous Safety Violations by 'Art Win'
This incident follows previous complaints regarding the company's activities. Specifically, in late October 2026, 'Art Win' was fined 200 thousand soms for violating safety requirements at a construction site located at Yunusaliyeva Street, 92.
During that earlier incident, construction debris, including parts of formwork, reportedly fell from the 10th floor of a 12-story building under construction onto the territory of a neighboring residential building. According to the Ministry of Construction, this posed a threat to the safety of the residents. Consequently, the company was issued a directive to rectify the violations.
