According to activist Melis Aspekov, Daniel Azhiev, the owner of webcam studios, admitted to bribing judges. Aspekov shared details of the meeting, which took place in prison.
Manipulations with court sentences and Azhiev's plans
According to Aspekov's account, the Tokmok City Court sentenced Azhiev to five years in prison for drug use. However, the organizer of the webcam studios allegedly wrote to the Chui Regional Court and gave money to three judges, securing a two-year reduction in his sentence.
