Unfinished construction on Chymkent Street
According to the applicant, the developer failed to complete the construction of the facility located at 28 Chymkent Street and subsequently disappeared. Furthermore, the woman noted that she was unable to secure multiple appointments with Minister of Construction Nurdun Oruntaev to resolve her issue.
Minister of Construction Nurdun Oruntaev promised to meet with the woman and review her appeal.
