This will affect the work of regulatory bodies and change the inspection procedures for key financial market participants.
Which sectors will face special control
As part of the strategy's implementation, supervisory authorities will revise inspection plans and redistribute inspector resources toward the most vulnerable areas. Particular attention will be paid to sectors carrying high risks. Enhanced control will be applied on a permanent basis to the following categories:
- commercial banks
- exchange offices
- pawnshops
- virtual asset service providers
- real estate market

To increase the effectiveness of combating the legalization of criminal proceeds, the implementation of automated transaction analysis and the use of risk assessment matrices are planned. Furthermore, the state intends to strengthen requirements regarding the business reputation of market participants. During business licensing and registration, screening of beneficial owners and controlling persons will be conducted. In case of non-compliance with established requirements, the practice of refusing or revoking licenses is provided for.
