The creation of the new center is provided for by the State Strategy to Counter the Financing of Criminal Activities and the Legalization of Criminal Proceeds for 2026–2030.
Technical equipment and project goals
The situational center will work with big data and be equipped with high-performance servers. To exchange operational information between agencies, there are plans to create or modernize secure communication channels, which should minimize the risks of leaking restricted access data.
Timeline and implementation
The implementation of the initiative will take place in stages. By the IV quarter of 2027, international technical and grant assistance is planned to be attracted to purchase specialized software and equipment.

Attracting international aid for center equipment
The State Financial Monitoring Service, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the GKNB, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are involved in the implementation of the project. Financing will be provided from the republican budget and through development partner funds.
Context
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, operating since 1991, coordinates the implementation of this state strategy.
