The old House of Culture building in the village of Belovodskoye, which has a long history, has fallen into disrepair and has been unusable for its intended purpose since 2012. It is therefore currently being dismantled.
Construction of a new facility is planned
According to the district state administration, a new multi-story complex will be built on the site of the House of Culture building being dismantled.

Residents' reaction
Residents of the district have repeatedly raised the need to resolve the problem of the dilapidated building on various platforms, including meetings with Jogorku Kenesh deputies, the president's authorized representative in the region, and at public assemblies.
