A violation of safe movement conditions has been recorded at the intersection of Volkova and Sadygaliev streets in the capital's Pervomaisky district. According to residents, the road and sidewalk pavement in this area is destroyed, and the territory is littered with construction debris.
Risks to citizens and lack of response from services
Residents report that the problem remains unresolved despite previous appeals. Municipal services have not yet taken measures, work on the site has not resumed, and the section remains in an abandoned state.

The main threat is the approaching winter period. Residents fear that under layers of snow and ice, potholes and construction debris will become invisible, which could trigger injuries and traffic accidents.
