During the head of state's meeting with residents of Tokmok, Chui, and Kemin districts, the deputy outlined several problems requiring urgent solutions. Despite the city's active development over the last three years, including the construction of roads, schools, and sports complexes, issues in the social and industrial sectors remain unresolved.
Road Safety and Land Shortage
One of the key proposals was to provide the city with a laboratory and the necessary tests to detect drug intoxication. According to the deputy, while traffic police can test drivers for alcohol, current capabilities for detecting drug influence are insufficient.
The issue of Tokmok's industrial development was also raised. The city is experiencing a deficit of sites for constructing production facilities, despite the presence of interested investors. Specifically, this concerns 90 hectares of agricultural land located within the city limits.
Protracted Repairs in Chui Village
The deputy drew attention to the critical situation regarding the gymnasium at School No. 2, named after Sultan Ibraimov, in Chui village. The renovation of the facility began back in 2013 and has still not been completed.
