The issue of providing housing for a citizen from Tokmok became a subject of discussion during the head of state's meeting with residents of Chui and Kemin regions. The problem arose due to law enforcement actions against the developer.
The essence of the conflict with the developer
As it became known, the city resident purchased an apartment from a construction company and fully paid for it back in 2022. However, in 2024, she was informed that the real estate object was being seized from the developer by the GKNB. As a result, the transaction was not completed, and the woman still remains without the purchased property.
Following the citizen's appeal, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdun Oruntaev, suggested she contact him personally for a detailed review of the situation. President Sadyr Japarov issued an instruction to the relevant department to resolve this matter.
