The issue of processing housing documents in Sokuluk has drawn the attention of the head of state. During a meeting with residents of Sokuluk district, President Sadyr Japarov instructed that the situation with barracks houses be resolved, where people have lived for many years but cannot obtain ownership documents.
Cause of the problem and instructions to the authorities
Residents faced the problem that, despite actually living in the houses for 10–15 years, state registries still contain records of ownership rights of previous owners. According to meeting participants, the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography cannot carry out registration because of previously entered records.
Measures taken by the President
The head of state stressed that such issues must not remain unresolved for decades. He instructed several agencies to work jointly to find a lawful solution.
Under the instruction, the State Agency for Land Resources and Cadastre, the district administration, law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and judicial bodies must take part.
