The issue of constructing apartment buildings in Archaly village became a subject of discussion during a meeting between President Sadyr Japarov and residents of the Alamedin district. The head of state instructed local authorities, in cooperation with the State Mortgage Company (SMC), to conduct a survey of the territory and determine the permissible building height, taking into account the relief features.
The issue of land allocation for individual housing
The initiative came from a local kenesh deputy, who appealed to the president requesting land allocation for individual housing. According to the applicant, there is a plot in the foothills of the village under the jurisdiction of the Baitik Baatyr ayyl okmotu. Despite a topographic survey being conducted, land development work halted after the announcement of the cessation of land allocation for individual construction.
Previously, specialists consulted by residents unofficially expressed the opinion that the terrain is unsuitable for multi-story construction, allowing only the erection of one- and two-story houses. However, the president emphasized the importance of economical land use and supported the idea of mass construction of apartment housing in villages, small towns, and district centers. According to him, such an approach will help provide housing more quickly to citizens, including young families on waiting lists.
